Toa Toa must not send SMS through this build. These draft terms are a launch placeholder only and require owner, provider, and counsel configuration.

If transactional updates are enabled

Order updates must remain tied to the requested order, use a phone number only after the customer asks for SMS updates, disclose the provider and message frequency, support HELP, and honor STOP promptly.

If marketing SMS is enabled

Marketing requires a separate, unchecked, voluntary opt-in that is not a condition of purchase. Store the source, timestamp, exact wording/version, and opt-out status.
