No online payment

The site does not collect card, bank, wallet, or payment-app details. Payment is due in person at pickup. A submitted request is not paid.

Request, confirmation, and availability

Submitting the form sends an order request. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability, price for market-price items, or a pickup time. Toa Toa staff must confirm the request. Menu items may become unavailable; substitution rules require an owner-approved policy.

Prices, market price, and tax

Fixed prices come from the supplied menu and are subject to owner verification. “Market Price” items are not added to online orders until the owner defines a quoting workflow. Tax estimates and totals appear only after the restaurant and its tax professional configure current item treatment, rate, and receipt wording.

Pickup, changes, and no-shows

Customers should arrive only after staff confirmation. Final lead times, change/cancellation cutoffs, late pickup, and no-show policy: [OWNER-APPROVED POLICY]. No preparation-time guarantee is made.

Order notes and food information

Notes are for brief preparation requests only. Do not enter payment details, passwords, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive information.
